We provide appraisal, umpire and estimating services for both residential and commercial insurance claims. We have performed work for claims on both the policyholder and insurance carrier side.
Jim has a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from Mississippi State University. He spent his early career working in the energy sector, but has been involved in both residential and commercial construction for the past two decades as a general contractor, estimator, appraiser and umpire.
Jim takes pride in being very hands-on with every project. He writes his own estimates using Xactimate, as well as performs all his own inspections. Additionally, our clients have found Jim's rates to be very competitive and fair. Jim is always willing to quote a flat-rate fee for any project. Each job is priced individually based on it's unique requirements.
