Jim has experience with both residential and commercial insurance appraisals.  He can handle claims of all sizes and values - from small residential roof claims to large commercial losses.  He has experience handling fire, wind, hail, water and vandalism appraisals.

Jim's engineering and contracting background make him well-suited to work with both the policyholder's appraiser and the carrier's appraiser to properly value property damage claims. He is a good communicator and works well with both parties to bring a fair resolution.
